Appointment Status Definitions

Definitions

  1. Tentative: The day and month the patient would like to have the surgery, but is not confirmed by the patient.
  2. Scheduled: The patient have the appointment scheduled.
  3. Confirmed: The patient has all the labs, and is cleared for surgery.
  4. Checked in: The patient arrived to the appointment.
  5. Checked out: The patient had surgery.
  6. No show: The Patient didn’t show up to the Appointment.
  7. Cancelled: The Appointment was cancelled.
